Tailors That Can Make Made To Measure Polo Or T-shirts?

Hi,

It would be fair to say that I am larger than average but not that big. In the UK all the retail chains would sell polo and t-shirts in my size plus a couple of sizes bigger. Been living here in Bangkok 10 years and can't find good quality stuff in my size. E.g. Nautica, Camel, Levis etc. etc. I'm not interested in the low quality Pathunaam/MBK rubbish that they manage to con tourists into buying. Also I've found here that what might be XXL in one shop would be XL in another (and L in the UK!).

Does anyone have any experience in getting them made at any of the tailor shops? I've asked a couple of tailor shops but they said they don't do them.
