How To Bring Wireless Broadband To A Whole Buildin

At the moment in thailand is it possible to pursuade the buidling owners to get a fast connection to the building and then permit residents to reach that fast connection wirelessly?

What would be the best connection / service to the building?

What would be the hardware / technique to relay the connection to the various apartments?

Dunno how big you are talking, but one approach is to install one access point as usual. Then install repeaters as necessary to extend the range. Fairly cheap/trivial.

There are also some nifty technologies that allow you to give fast internet access through existing AC wall sockets or phone jacks in a building. That's nice because they utilize the existing wiring without interfering with them, but the downside is each PC needs a special card versus a standard wifi card. And what about cable modems? The holy grail will probably be when WiMax arrives and one antenna gives everyone in a 15 mile radius hi-speed internet access wirelessly. Should start to see it popping up in other countries by year end, but for Thailand? Could be a LONG while as usual...
