Does anyone know the best place to get loans using precious stones as collateral. Not a pawn shop.

I have a 4 Carat Diamond ring, and an assortment of presious stones.

Not sure current value, so first need to get the stuff appraised properly.

I have no idea of value, i'm guessing 50k USD.

If there is no such thing as a loan, where is the best plac to sell? Preferably Thailand or Asia, but i'll fly anywhere if it's worth it.
