Er...........anywhere, as long as she gets any necessary visa!

If you mean without a visa, then I think the answer is any ASEAN country, but check with the appropriate embassies first to avoid disappointment!

yes she just has got herself a thai paaport and just wants to go somewere for a week or so has she has never been out of thailand

Hong Kong or Singapore are good first trips. Cheap flights and food close enough to Thai to feel comfortable.
