Five arrested for misbehaving with airhostess

KOLKATA: -- Five passengers of the Indian-Airlines Bangkok-Kolkata flight were today arrested by airport police for misbehaving with the airhostess on board the flight, airport sources said.

The sources said L M Gupta, S Ram, V K Gupta and R Prasad all residents of Gorakhpur and R H Shastri a resident of Bihar misbehaved with the airhostess on board the IA Bangkok- Kolkata flight.

The airhostess lodged a complaint against the five. On the basis of the complaint of the airhostess, the five were arrested by police after the flight landed at the N S C Bose International Airport here, sources added.

Hmmm. Misbehaving with the airhostess (singular) conjures up all sorts of airborne 'mile high' group activities in my mind! Wonder how they all got into the bog? Wouldn't have minded being on that flight.

But misbehaving towards one of the airhostesses (plural), brings me back to earth with a bump - a bit like an Indian Airlines landing, I suppose!

At least this shows that inappropriate behaviour is not the exclusive preserve of farang tourists to Thailand.

Form an orderly queue

C'mon, it's a Gupta family! they are well known and banned from few airlines. Always drunk, stinky and instantly horny - shareholders of some medium size enrterprze back home.

Well messing around with any member of the flight crew is a NO NO!!!! If you do, your asking for Federal Charges and such will be handed down as a complimentary gift from the Captain.

Its bad enough that we have to deal with all the darn security going on, so its quite obvious that all flight crew members or anyone else so employed in dealing with aircraft daily will not tolerate any nonsense, so folks please keep that in mind when your at the airport, or in the plane or passing thru checkpoints etc, we airline employees request you respectfully leave us alone unless you have a valid request for our assistance.

I doubt that an Indian Airlines flight between BKK-CCU would fall in the jurisdiction of US authorities.

Heaven forbid anyone asking those exhalted beings on IA to serve anything! When rich daddy got them that job, serving drinks and food to the heathen was not part of the bargain.
