Who’ll Have The Advantage?

While people are fighting for their right and democracy against authority it empowers government to accuse you for being a terrorist and criminal. As they have the advantage of accusing you therefore you are liable to those charges. Even though you may have proves against those charge you may have to go through the system that will judge you. Question is who'll have the advantage?

If the government is accuse you for being a criminal & terrorist. Who'll have the advantage?

If establishment, elites & military together as one against the rest of ordinary & poor people. Who'll have the advantage?

Is there any balance in this kind of society?

Why do people protest? People protest because they may not agree or find injustice within the system, rules, law, justice, corruption, establishment and authority etc. Since the government have the authority and duty that empower to solve people grievances without source to violence. If the government source to violence rather peaceful means therefore it not fit to be in government. Even though we all know that peoplepower is thought to be one of the most powerful tools in democratic system. Yet it's still far from proving itself here in Thailand. The system fails because it conflict with self-interest which led to corruption in our society. Therefore we have power struggle between mass majority against few powerful elites and establishment. Thailand will continue to have these power struggles whether its elites against elites or establishment against establishment. The bottom line is that our country and mass majority of people will suffer. Unless we can do away with these power struggles and divisions we will not have the unity that country needed. Class divide is our major problem here in Thailand. So my topic question is whether or not we could have the balance that we need to keep our society on equal footing in justice system, human right, and civil liberty without disadvantage and bias judgment. In any society without unity of it people we won't have peace and future as country.

The bottom line is that whether it's the French, Russian, or whatever revolution, the cream (and/or scum depending on your point of view) still floats back to the top, while the peasants and commoners sink their way back to the bottom. Basic physics.
