Still Have Power Outage / No Electric

Featured Replies

since 4 pm here in bophut have no power as electric went out, as of 9:22pm still no power, from what I am hearing no idea of when the power will come back, what about any of you, do you have power right now or any idea when the power will come back.

quick reedit, turns out main power supply has been damaged. Not sure when will be fixed

Same here in Nathon / Lippa Noi. Went off around 4pm and came back on just before 10pm. Seems OK now. Had to dig out the glow sticks again but it does make a change from Thai soaps :)

Same in Koh Phangan, since around 4 pm until 10 pm.

#@%#!!

since two hours in soi bond kai, power fluctuating between 50 volts and 130, thanks the ups to keep me online...

does someone with a friend inside the electric company can explain why those power problems come so often everytime there's a small rain/wind and also why the power losses are never complete but more than often 50% wich means 110 volts and is enough to power european devices wich have multi voltage circuit(laptop, modem etc) but of course not the fridge and the rest of thai equipement.

accident in manam. Knocked out an concrete electric poll. should all be back on by about 13 00 yesterday. wow sounds like a night mare
