I have a company in Thailand and need to set up an e-commerce website to sell my products to all parts of Thailand.

I would like to know

1) I already have a company, do I need to register with the informations ministry for some kind of license?

2) How about the payment gateway? I don't want to use Paypal. Prefer to use a reliable Thai bank. Any suggestions?

3) Any recommendations of a web company that can help me build a very professional e-commerce website?

many thai companies simply let people make bank transfers. if you are selling items that all cost the same amount this might be harder to do.
