Can any bar owners answer, times are pretty hard and i believe buddist holidays are not a legal requirement not that legal means to much in Samui, I have known bars to open at mdnight on previous holidays

There will still be a few beach bars open for those suffering from chronic thirst. I doubt it will affect the tourists as there aren't many of them left for some strange reason.

If you look you can always find a cracked door.
