PATTAYA:-- Visakha Buscha is one of the most important religious holidays on the Buddhist Calendar and bars are expected to close and no forms of entertainment are permitted. Despite warnings given to bars to close for the night, some decided to open as usual, however Pattaya Police were aware that some bars would open and sent out units to shut them down and arrest the managers and owners of the bars.
