Has anyone ever experienced this problem?

I am currently waiting for my Non Imm'O' yearly extension, and I got a 30 days stamp from Chaengwattana last week.

However, I may have to leave the country for a short period DURING the 30 day wait.

1. Can I leave the country without having to go throught the mill again?

2. If so, would I need a re-entry permit?

3. If I got a multiple entry re-entry permit, would that be good for a year or for the remainder of the 30 days?

Thanks.

Believe no problem, but you would need a re-entry permit. Don't know if that one would only be valid for the 30 days or the whole year.

A re-entry period is only valid for your current permitted to stay time so yes you could obtain and use a single re-entry permit as long as your return will be before that date.

Thank you both. So the '30 days under consideration' period is the same as 'permitted to stay until'?
