nellyp Posted June 3, 2010 Share Posted June 3, 2010 hi all, I am trying to find out the cost of building a bungalow or thai style house. both would require 3 beds plus internal toilet ( iknow this is unusual in Thai house). I already have the land so it is just building cost/ materials/design/ maybe some type of person to oversee construction. Bugalow would be 3 beds, toilet/shower room, large kitchen and large living room with smaller side room for kids plus study. thai house would require same type of layout but over 2 stories. I believe a bungalow would be brick and mortor, whereas the thai house would be mainly wood. The building would take place in a place near huay thap than which is in the surin area.
