ADSL Building Fire At Phang Nga?

A mate of mine called me to say that there has been a fire in a TOT building at Phang Nga, and that he cannot use his ADSL connection because of it. He was told it was a "big ploblem" :o by TOT customer service.

Anyone else affected by this, or have any news? (...assuming you can get on to tell us, of course).
