Vile Craig Meehan - convicted of a string of child porn charges - has spent months snaring the innocent girl by chatting to her online. She lives with her twin nieces aged just FOUR - but he has told her nothing of his sordid past or that he is on the sex offenders' register. British police are powerless to stop jobless Meehan travelling across the world to marry the 24-year-old, who lives on the holiday isle of Phuket. They will inform Thai officials the paedophile is in their country and it will be up to them to decide whether to warn the young bride-to-be.
