Caring Home Wanted For Doggy - Koh Phangan

Featured Replies

Stray doggy, male, handsome, heinz 57, lovely temperament, about 18 months I guess, hardly every barks! Needs a kind master/mistress.

I'm staying near Thongsala on Koh Phangan for the next five weeks, I was previously in Haad Salad where we met doggy. He's been abandoned, and is being bullied constantly at Haad Salad by the other dogs lucky enough to have homes to call their own. Brought him here for a couple of days, but he has no sense around the busy road near my new bungalow, so we took him back to Haad Salad for the moment. Beautiful animal, if a little disobedient (needs lots of training, even though someone has taught him to understand 'sit' and 'shake a paw' in English). I've de'flead him, he still needs worming but apart from that seems in fine fettle - would make a great companion, guard dog, what have you,

I leave for England on the 15th July, if you can help, or have any advice please call 0847 329219, ask for Phil or Dao. Thanks in advance ThaiVisa ppl.

Are you open to transporting your dog off island? Or is it limited to Koh Phangan only?

Anywhere as long he's safe and well looked after is fine by me :) I'm visiting Samui for the day on the 14th June, but have no plans of travelling to the mainland in the foreseeable future.

Its just, you might get a better local response in the samui/phangan forum if you prefer to keep it limited to the islands but if you are willing to transport then you might have a better chance of finding someone outside in this forum.

Shall I cross post or would you like to move this?
