I have had a non Imm. "B" Visa for the past 4 years. I do my 90 day trip to Immigration for the usual stamp etc and now I wish to retire. I have the money side of it no problems but what I want to know is,if I switch to a retirement visa to I lose the privilege of going to Immigration for the 90 report or do I have to leave every 90 days. The thought of leaving every 90 days doesn't do much for me after 4 years of going up the road.

Thanks, cheers

I think your visa expired some time ago already and are now on an extension of stay. You simply change your reason of stay to retirement and supply the requested proof that you qualify for that. The rest is the same as you do now, you simply do your 90 day reports and after 1 year go again to immigration for a new extension of stay.
