Social Security Download Form

Hi All,

today I just went to the Social Security office to receive money for the birth of our 2nd child (did the same for our 1st child 3 years ago). Everybody who pays for Social Security (yes, also foreigners are included in this ) has the right to receive 12.000baht as support in the costs of the birth. You need to fill in a form (they have only Thai, but most people here can find someone to help them if needed I guess), make some copies of birth-certificate/wedding certificate etc and go to the Soc. Sec. office nearby your district. You will get the 12k immediately and you even get monthly childsupport which is big money (350baht per month )

Is there a time limit to file for this? My child is now 10 months old.
