I don’t think there is a school to learn it in Krabi so i would like to find someone, foreigner or thai to teach me how to set up a simple website, a basic one, i will pay for it of course…

Or may be you know a school in Phuket ?

just google making a website many easy to use programs available all with templates where you just change text and past pictures in just need to read up and research and you can have website online in a couple off days...........

okay then if you cant be bothered to read and learn from google you can just pay someone to build and design a website for you a more expensive option though and you dont have full control over website.

i dont think anyone will give you lessons it does not work like that website design is a business.

i could make you a website and have it online in 6 days price 30,000bht for 1 year then 10,000 per year.................

Purchase a cheap web host, anywhere from 5.99 a month up to 12.99 a month USD, make sure they have fantastico. Fantastico is an app that most web hosts have that automates the installation and default configuration of commonly used CMS and blog platforms. You can use fantastico to automagically install wordpress, joomla or drupal, i listed them in order of complexity. I would probably look at wordpress as it is very flexible and easy to use and has a ton of 3rd party add-ons. Find a good book or scour the web on how to utilize the power of the framework you choose, like I said, wordpress is probably your best bet.
