gregb
I need to update the shareholders of a Thai limited company. Company is registered in Samut Prakan. Shareholders are currently 100% Thai, and new shareholder is also Thai. Where do I need to go to do this, and what documents will be required? I know the director has to sign, and we will need the company stamp. What other documents will be requested? What fees will need to be paid? Where exactly is the building where this needs to be done? How long will the process take? Thanks for any assistance.
opalhort
You'll need to go to the Ministry of Commerce. They do have a branch in Samut Prakan. The info you need is probably on their website but only in Thai: Ministry of Commerce opalhort
