My buddy and I are planning on coming into Phuket on the 27th from Koh Tao and I was wondering how the scuba diving conditions are? I don't want waste my time/money to get out there and do some diving if its horrible so your help is appreciated. Also, how is the nightlife? I'd like to do a little bit of partying after a few days of diving! thanks!
