Why Do They

OK its trivial but who cares............ DOOR STOPS they put them in the daftest of places perhaps 4 inches away from the hinge of the door or some mounted on the door so big you almost trip over them?? or so close to the door opening you cant open it wide enough to get into a room???? The leverage created on the lower hinge must surely rip it off sooner or later?

Why do you not just attach it in a more convenient place or rip the bloody offending , bothersome thing off the wall , throw it in the garbage and forget about it before you pop a blood vessel .

spacial awareness works differently here. Have you ever walked in a crowded place here in Thailand? It doesn't take long to figure out that "our" conventions do not apply here.
