Just curious about something. If I were to buy a Treaty of Amity registered company, would all the rights associatede with it transfer and continue grandfathered into the future?

Could I change the name and still keep the rights?

Assuming this and other positive things hold true, anybody know someone with a registered company, no real assets that wants to sell? :o

Yes, I am American. But reading another post, I find it hasn't expired, which I thought it had, so at least I have a few other options.

Thanks for the answer.

I bought an inactive Amity Treaty company in January. With the assistance of my lawyer and accountant, we activated the company, brought all accounting up to date, changed the name and address of the company and changed it from a manufacturing company to a marketing company. It took 2 months to get it all done, but was worth it...No Thai partners to deal with
