It's on a 4 door Chevy Colorado, but I assume it will fit an Isuzu as well, maybe other trucks too, I don't know. The two lifting struts need replacement ($10 each on Ebay), . It would have to go with the bedliner as it has cutouts for the bolt-on frame. If you want it, you would need to have it removed (preferrably professionally) and supply me with a new installed bedliner with tie downs. It is a "Top-Up" brand and it locks.
