Can anyone recommend a lawyer or accountant, preferably in Ao Nang? My Thai partner is setting up a Thai sole-trader business and needs to register this new business - to ensure documentation of monthly tax/social fund payments etc.

No lawyer is needed.

My wife visited the local government offices and paid maybe 50 baht or so filled out some forms and was done in less than an hour.
