Low Fat Cheese ?

Are there supermarkets with a steady supply of low fat cheese, other than "Chesdale trim" slices and the like ?

Dacheeso has a couple of low/non fat cheeses, but most aren't as good as their other products.

Rim Ping and the big Tops at Airport Plaza have some other types of low fat cheese, but not a huge selection. I've adjusted my cooking techniques and developed some new recipes where I don't use much cheese any more. Besides, most of my dishes that involved cheese had to be baked, not something I want to do here where we have to run the aircon to compensate for the oven.
