KRABI

Weather in Krabi is typically that of the tropical monsoon, providing Krabi Province with just two seasons, the hot season from January to April, and the rainy season from May to December

KOH SAMUI /KOH PHA NGAN

high season (December to February and July to August). Koh Samui may be affected by the rain from July to October but the weather will still be mainly fine. There can be heavy winds from October to January

KOH TAO

Koh Tao is situated in a sub-tropical climate like the rest of Thailand. The island is effected both by NE- and SW- Monsoons. The NE- Monsoon dominates fom the middle of October to the beginning of December, where you can expect heavy rainfall. The SW- Monsoon is mild since Koh Tao is sheltered both by the mainland and the surrounding islets.

Koh Tao is unique since it offers a 10 month high season for travelers to visit and enjoy the beauty of the Island. Peak seasons are from February to April, and again from July to September.

KOH CHANG

Situated in the nearest distance from Laem Ngob, it takes 1-2 hours to reach the desired destinations on Koh Chang. The best season to visit the islands is between October and May. During the rainy season from May to October, visitors are not allowed to the islands south of Koh Chang; for example, Koh Kut, Koh Mak, Koh wai, and Koh Kham

Well if u aren't staying in the Phuket Town I dare say it should be quiet!

And they could do with the business! You won't find much better, Use Phuket as a base.

Was thinking of the area around Koh Chang...... but what is it like at that time of year?

My girlfriend she is a nurse in Bangkok....

I'd like to go to Phuket coz (1) I've never been there and (2) for the very sound reasons stated above.

However I can't - because the GF flatly refuses to as she is still "na gua pee" :o

I'm sure The Fiend's GF is much more sensible than mine ....

Enjoy it, wherever you go!
