2. In case is on war all Europe?

I hope and i dont thing so the last can happen, but as Spanish citizen Im not surprise if the first happen in 1 or 2 years.

Let me get this right, you're asking if, when your visa expires, Spain has declared war on the rest of Europe, should you leave Thailand?

As far as I'm aware, it doesn't matter, if your visa, or work permit, or whatever permission to stay you have, expires, then you have to leave Thailand, even if the polar ice-caps have melted and the sky is falling, once your permission to stay has expired you either get an extension, another visa etc. etc. or leave.

I feel I must point out that the scenario you describe is, how shall I put this? Extremely unlikely?

If your concern is about another civil war in Spain, then, as an EU citizen you can go to any EU country. Again, although you may know something that I don't, I think the likelihood of real civil war breaking out in any of the EU states is remote.

We (Holland) already had 80 years of war with Spain, from 1568 till 1648.

By the way, the OP didn't mention Spain in any way??

He mentioned that he was a Spanish citizen.

To make it more simple to understand...

There is any law in international human rights that encorage national goverments to dont send home a citizen of countries where suddenlly star a war?

-If the awnser is yes. Have Thailand signed that principles?

I sure if that happen to sameone who have visa for work in London, and the work is over, the UK govement dont push this person to return in that situation.

But i dont know in the case of Thailand.

About Spain, that was just a example, and not good one because of the european citizen. Not because it no possible a civil war overthere. That if no england, where people just want beer and football, and keep their lack of morality and corruption for ever and ever. There is also a concerm about political freedom, that must be use, as many other time in hitory, as excuse for other social enfrentaments, as territorial division of the nation or just because the dont want to pay back the money they supposed owed to European Banks, or just dont like listen to Barroso say that if they dont cut in social right, maybe not possible to keep Democracy in Spain, Italy, Grece and Portugal, etc....

In fact i think most of the world problems come for the application of this british vision of the capitalism.

Thailand is not a signatory to the treaties regarding refugees. It is up to them to decide. But your question only applies in case of deportation, one can always voluntarily leave Thailand and travel to another country.

Maybe the OP is trying to assertain the likely status of this stay in Thailand before starting a war in his home country:lol: .

I don't think there is a definitive answer to your question, which I hope is hypothetical. I would suggest that you keep broad generalizations about any nationality out of the equation.

As Mario said, Thailand is not a signatory to the Conventions on Refugees. As such it does not generally recognize people as refugees. Thailand does, however, sometimes allow the UNHCR to determine the status of individuals and then lists them as "Persons of Concern". They are then allowed to remain in the country. This status is a questionable one and the gov't holds the right to give people the boot should they decide to.

I haven't kept up on the UN status of persons of concern, so perhaps someone who is more knowledgeable and current comes along they can provide better information. I believe they are not permitted to work in the Kingdom and they receive a very small stipend from the UN.

There are other issues and conventions, including Human Rights ones that would come into play before a person was deported to a warring country.
