A brand new product has recently been developed and is ready to be patented and introduced into the worldwide market, while a distribution partner with locations in 15 countries is interested to add this worldwide product into his portfolio. Annual sales averaged approximately 5,000,000 baht during 2008 and 2009, with net profits averaging around 2,000,000 baht per annum during the same period. Contracts worth 4,000,000 baht have recently been secured for Thailand, while other commissions in China and Chiang Mai are currently on hold due to the economic downturn. Negotiations regarding projects with well known international hotel chains are progressing. Only one employee runs the South Est Asia branch at present, along with the managing director.
