Up to 90 days

Up to 90 days

Don't panic I think the average has been about 8 weeks or so but can take upto 120 working days. There's a couple of threads on here which will tell you how long people have been waiting for settlement visas.

Worse case scenario but average is around 7/9 weeks at the moment.

dont worry, going by how long others are waiting i am sure you will hear something very soon, good luck.

Thanks for the info, will just have to keep waiting. handed in on 31st may not heard nothing, vfs site dont help you, can you call anybody to check the application speed things up?? 31st july will be 2 months 8 weeks... would they call her in for an interview by now do you think?

Nobody to call, if you email the British Embassy they will email you back echoing what everybody else has said. Up to 90 days. Good luck hope it's good news for you when it arrives back at regent house !

Matty,

Have a read of This Thread the waiting time for Settlement and Fiancée visas is the same.

If you like I'll add you to the list but I would ask that you come back to tell us when you have received a response as that helps all of the other folk on this forum that are in the same situation you are... waiting and wondering.
