Non B Expiring Available Number Of Times For Non B

Featured Replies

Does anyone knows whats the number of times you can get a Non B from a single country, as ive got mine from singapore 3 times for the last 8 months, was thinking of getting the 4th at the same place, is it possible?

im not holding a work permit yet as ive just finished 90% of my setup of my companys paperworks and will be estimted to complete by 31st this month and ill be submitting my application for work permit by 3rd of Aug whereby my Visa Non B will expires on the 6th Aug, was wondering also if theres a possibility to extend my Visa in Chamchuri Visa Dept.

Thanks so much for the advices

Cheers

Rick

Unless you are a BOI company you can not do anything at the One Stop Center and it appears you do not qualify for any extension of stay for employment. As for Singapore I am surprised you have obtained three without a work permit so can not answer that question.

Hi Rick999,

I live now for seven/eight years here and always on "B" visas without a work permit, all from the same consulate. (Munich/Germany). There shouldn't be any issue.

Forgot to say that I'm on "one year multiple entry B visa".

Local area Consulates are normally much more restrictive than those outside the area for issue of non immigrant B visas (where a letter can often be used to obtain).
