jc7
I can't get over how expensive the alcohol is. I was hoping to come over and relax in pubs etc;; now I'm planning on spending a lot more time at my apartment!!! £2.00 a pint of lager on HAPPY HOUR!! It's £2.00 a pint of lager in the UK! Is there some Thai equivalent that is cheaper? I will drink anything!

PattayaParent
raro reporting from KL: One pint of Malay Guinness (does the trick for me....) 14 Ringit. Multiply by 10 for THB. Now get your calculators out, Air Asia brings you here for some 6,000 Baht... So drink 75 pints of Guinness in Kl and youve've saved you airfare. Or is that only 1 way? Jingthing
Suggestion for future special -- that beef and mushroom pie in a bowl with the crust baked on top that you used to do when you had the same specials one day each week. That dish is a winner.
