Thai banks will shortly be installing new 'Drive Thru' facilities. Customers will shortly be able to withdraw cash without the need to leave their vehicles. To facilitate users, the following instructions are to be applied.

Please read the procedure that applies to your own circumstances, Poochai or Pooying, and remember them when using the dispenser for the first time.

POOCHAI PROCEDURE.

1. Drive up to the Cash Machine.

2. Lower car window.

3. Insert Card and enter PIN.

4. Enter amount of cash required.

5. Remove cash, card and receipt.

6. Raise window.

7. Drive off.

POOYING PROCEDURE.

1. Drive up to the Cash Machine.

2. Reverse back the required distance to align car window with machine.

3. Restart stalled engine.

4. Lower car window.

5. Find handbag and remove all contents onto passenger seat to find card.

6. Turn down radio volume.

7. Refill contents into handbag.

8. Attempt to insert card into machine.

9. Open car door to allow easier access to machine due to distance car is from machine.

10. Insert card.

11. Re-insert card the correct way up.

12. Empty handbag contents onto passenger seat - search for diary to find PIN.

13. Enter PIN.

14. Press cancel and re-enter correct PIN.

15. Enter amount of cash required.

16. Check make-up in rear view mirror whilst waiting.

17. Refill contents into handbag

18. Retrieve cash & receipt.

19. Empty handbag in order to find purse.

20. Place cash in purse and receipt in chequebook.

21. Refill contents into handbag.

22. Drive off 2 - 3 yards.

23. Reverse to machine and retrieve card.

24. Empty handbag in order to find card wallet. Replace card in holder.

25. Refill contents into handbag.

26. Restart stalled engine and drive off.

27. Drive for 2 - 3 miles.

28. Release handbrake and continue journey.
