hi please can someone tell what the current processing times are for child settlement to UK are please

i have been told inbetween 4 to 12 weeks all depends on the back log when you apply my wife will be going to bangkok end of sep for visa for her two children:unsure:

I would guess at approximately the same amount of time that it takes for an adult settlement visa, perhaps a little longer as there are additional checks.

My wife submitted her's and her son's on 25th June. Still waiting but will advise when we get a decision.

My wife submitted her son's on the 24th June as yet no news .She submitted the first application which was refused back in March took 9 weeks and 2 days but that was during the troubles average seems to be 7.5 weeks. Good luck join the settlement waiting thread if you have not already done so.
