July 29, 201015 yr there is a new building being build beween the View Talay 5 and the view Talay 7 in Jomtien, pattaya. Anyone knows anything about the building? What kind of building? How many floors high? The lot is large and long, going the whole distance of VT5C & VT5D, will the hole lot be covered with buildings?
