Renewal Of Thai Passports..............

Featured Replies

I just tuned back in to check on my original post to find it closed..................... thanks for all of the info anyway .

We've decided to take the easy road and just get new passports for all Thai members of our family as we pass through Bangkok next year and then every 5 years after that. The girls in the passport office are always entertaining as well........ though not anywhere near as entertaining as getting a cat fight started on an expat forum.

haha.

just make sure they are all registered on the house registration, and if older than 15 have up to date ID cards! Unfortunately you can't get a passport done in Thailand without being on the tabieen baan.

We registered the whole family (except the non-imm. farang) in the Tabian Baan as soon as I finished building the house.....It will be another decade until they begin getting into the ID card age.

Thanks again

Mike
