Trafo depending on size, 50-300k. Then 220/380 volt one phase/3 phase 4 wires depending on distance, size and poles or underground.

you need a quote from your local PEA after you have calculated your demand, distances and poles or underground

edit sorry forgot to ask if your nearest supply is high voltage or not. 500 meters low voltage PEA wont do for 20 houses
