Politics Military Urges Public to Refrain from Sharing Images of Troop Movements Amid Border Tensions
Picture courtesy of Khaosod. The Second Army Region has issued a public advisory requesting civilians to refrain from photographing, recording, or posting any information related to military operations, especially the movement of troops and weaponry, in light of recent tensions along the Thai-Cambodian border. The statement follows a border skirmish that reportedly occurred on 28 May in Nam Yuen District, Ubon Ratchathani Province, involving Thai and Cambodian military personnel. Military authorities are concerned that images or video footage shared online could lead to the dissemination of inaccurate or distorted information, potentially undermining national security or inciting public confusion and panic. The Second Army Region emphasised that such content could be exploited by malicious actors aiming to destabilise the region or mislead the public. Citizens have been urged to avoid capturing or distributing footage or information related to the deployment of personnel, transport of military equipment, strategic locations, or other defence-related movements. The military stressed that such actions, even if unintentional, could pose a threat to national security and bilateral relations. The military assured the public that all necessary measures are being taken to protect Thailand’s territorial integrity and national sovereignty, and that responses to any incursions will be handled in accordance with appropriate protocols. People are encouraged to rely on official sources, such as the Public Relations Centre of the Second Army Region and authorised security agencies, for accurate updates. Media outlets have also been asked to exercise caution and refrain from publishing reports that could adversely affect diplomatic relations or fuel public unrest. Anyone bought a (decent) office chair from Lazada?
Yeah, Herman Miller is the king of Office Chairs and more in Thailand. 🙂 Love them too. Right now I am sitting in a Canasta Executive from Mood&Tone. Not same good, so I think I will go back to HM. But, you are right. A good chair that actually takes care of you on a daily basis is never cheap. 😉 -

US court blocks Trump's sweeping tariffs, citing overreach of authority
The appeals court gave the plaintiffs — a group that includes state attorneys general and a handful of domestic businesses — one week to respond to the administration’s bid for a stay pending appeal. The U.S. will be able to reply to that response by June 9. “This is merely a procedural step as the court considers the government’s request for a longer stay pending appeal,” said Jeffrey Schwab, a lawyer for the business plaintiffs, in a statement. “We are confident the Federal Circuit will ultimately deny the government’s motion shortly thereafter, recognizing the irreparable harm these tariffs inflict on our clients,” Schwab said. https://www.cnbc.com/2025/05/29/blocked-trump-tariffs-trade-court-appeal.html -

My Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 5G isn't very good at casting, so I had to use my 9 for casting, much better. Just bought a 13 Pro+, best phone so far
