Which members do you think are Russian/Chinese/NK etc bots?
Whenever I see or hear " debunked", I know the person has identified themselves of having no individual thought, and certainly nothing informed to add, except for an almost rabid attitude towards using talking points. This includes both left and right of politics. I don't mind spirited discussions and I appreciate alternate views because it sharpens my own beliefs, but those who only deny & deny, usually throwing-in an ad hominem somewhere in there, are a waste of time and not worth engaging. -

Slow heartbeat
First, as many other members stated, Google is not the place to seek reliable information on whatever topic. Google has become such a pool of "false information" that it makes you wonder why you are still alive. Second, I had all my live a low heartbeat. I was doing a lot of sports and was told be every doctor/specialist that I had a top heartbeat and shouldn't worry about that. But I was feeling unbearable pain in my cheeks when I was doing too much exersize. That was until 1977 when I was hospitalized urgently with several heart attacks. Lucky for me, my first heart attack was at the hospital during a visit to the Cardiolog and I received professional help. The Cardiolog ordered a "24 hours health monitoring" on leaving the hospital. "24 hrs health monitoring" consisted of wearing 24hs a walkman tape recorder connected to ECG wires around my heart. The "24hrs health monitoring" showed a hearybeat of 25PPM during my sleep and the Cardiolog decided to implant a PM and restrict my "body building" exersizes to a bare minimum. Now, it's 2024 and I am still alive thanks to my Cardiolog. My advice, FORGET GOOGLE and go to a SPECIALIST (a Cardiologist and not a general practioner) in a hospital. -

Slow heartbeat
My heartbeat at rest is usually between 45 and 50 bpm, and has been for as long as I can remember - probably over 30 years. On every occasion that this low heart rate has been measured, most recently at my annual health check, I have been asked whether I am "athletic/gym bunny etc." - I'm not! But I'm still here more than 30 years later so I guess the slow heartbeat is no real biggie. I'll worry when it stops. -

Why is Milk So Pricey In Thailand?
Always buy the dark blue top Meiji milk as nearest I have found to be decent. Dutch milk is very watery tasting. Think I pay about 100bht for large carton of Meiji. -

Trip Report: Immo/CW asking to see TM30 - Never had before in my experience
Over the past 16 years, I have done annual extensions (retirement) and 90-day address reports (in person) at Immo/Bkk, and was never asked to produce a TM30 receipt. This morning, I went to do my 90-day address report as usual at Immo/CW, and the officer said that, for the next 90-day report, I need to show evidence of an updated TM30. To make this point clear, she put a red stamp at the lower left corner of my TM47 receipt repeating the instructions to do the TM30 update. I had never seen that stamp before either. Not sure if this was a random check or a new policy...but word to the wise. -

90-day report must be in person after each re-entry?
I will be due to return to Thailand after 3 weeks in the UK with a rentry permit and a date to do my 90 day report 3 days after, I have always done my 90 reports in person. I was told about 3 years ago by an IO with my wife as a witness that my 90 day report starts from the day I arrive back in Thailand if I don't change my address. I know that individually, IO's change their rules and staff regularly, so do I do a 90 day report 3 days after I arrive in Thailand or wait the 90 days? -

Is that your assumption or have you bothered to go through their audited accounts? Being that their parent company, PDD, is listed on NASDAQ, you could read that before you spout your nonsense.- 1
