I am a Brit and have been living in Chiang Mai now for just over 4 years.

At present I am looking at the possibility of applying for an E2 INVESTOR VISA to the USA. Essentially; you purchase a company/business for c$100,000+ and, assuming approval, are then given a 2 year visa to go and run it in the USA.

1. Has anyone got any experience in applying for this kind of visa?

2. Are there any experienced/qualified agents in Bangkok who could assist me in putting all the paperwork together? I am aware that I could probably do most of it myself, but am keen to get it right first-time!
