Dear folks,

in a bid to save the planet I have turned off paper bank statements option. The internet banking statements have the 'duplicate copy' watermark. Are these ok for the application? I can order statements but this will cost £10 for each which I obviously could do without. The duplicates are identical to posted copies except for the 'duplicate copy' watermark.

Originals from UK bank with updated from the net and all Thai banks from the net as no statements received, only passbook. They are not looking for forgeries as financial institutions are.

I too would love to save the planet more but for bank statements, they are just going to have to keep on cutting down trees until internet statements are accepted or they find an alternative solution. My guess (and I have submitted these and am waiting) is that they are fine.
