Its very useful little app, but unavailable in the market here. It works with firefox and chrome and you'll need to down those and install them first.

Then go get the app from google directly (use the actual download link not the QR code) http://code.google.com/p/chrometophone/downloads/detail?name=chrometophone-android-v1.7.apk&can=2&q=

and install it.

Then once done, pair that up with the android2cloud app to send stuff the other way!
