Squirrels

Featured Replies

Have seen a couple of 'squirrel' like animals in the trees.Look like a squirrel to me....gray body with long bushy tail. One had his tail white for most of it and is easier to spot when he is jumping about in the trees.

Yes, there are squirrels in Thailand. We have several who inhabit the trees around our pool, at a condo in Sathorn.

You can find them sold as pets. :realangry:

plenty of wild squirrels in Thailand.. most in various shades of brown & grey..

also, look out for this smaller species (snapped around Chiangmai) but fairly common throughout.. they are lightning fast !

Usually can seen them running around the tree branches outside my office window regularly.

Don't see them often now on Koh Samui.

They used to eat the bugs that now are killing the coconut trees.
