Uk Embassy Christmas Closing

Hello , does anyone know when the UK embassy closes for Christmas , im arriving in Thailand 1st DEC , then a couple of days to get the visa application ready then head to Bangkok to submit it and get the biometrics taken , so maybe we can submit on the 6th of Dec , and hopefully get the visa by the time i leave on the 28th ?

Maybe this is wishfull thinking but im not sure ?

Not sure about that , but i think the 6th of DEC is the Kings B-day which might mean a national holiday ?

Thanks , the reason i asked was that i thought maybe some people would have replied according to thier experience about applying at this time of year , sorry to bother you , but thanks for the assistance cheers
