Hi, Would anyone have any idea of the average prices of land in Bang Len near Nakhon Pathom as we have been offered a block of land there that is close to a main road , has electricity and water access, the land has been filled and level ready for a house to be buit on it.

The asking price for this block is $9000.00 Australian Dollars or at the current exchange rate 253,747.14 THB

The size of the block is 87 Talang Wah or 348 square metres The main Road that it is located just off is Suchat Pathana 1

If anyone at all has any idea of the real value of this block, approximate value or any information of where or who me might find out from would be greatly appreciated
