Can somebody help me out ? If the plot of land is 2,478.34 M2 and the price is 3.5 million a Rai

A how many Rai is the plot and

B how much would that make the plot ? many thanks in advance

The plot is 1.549 rai in dimension and 5.421 mill thb in cost

(since 1 rai = 1600 sqm)

n.b. with almost 2200 postings in this community (long time,eh?) you

are still not familiar with the basics nor do you know where to readily

find them on the internet ?!

The size of the land is stated in title deed in Talangwah, Ngan and Rai, so I wouldnt trust the size in mentioned sqm

Just to add a little more math to this topic, here's what this plot of land would have cost at previous exchange rates and todays (pound or Euro) :

5.421 MBHT = 108.420 Euro (at 50 Baht per Euro previously)

5.421 MBHT = 135.525 Euro (at todays rate 40 Baht per Euro)

5.421 MBHT = 77.442 pounds (at 70 Baht per pounds previously)

5.421 MBHT = 112.937 pounds(at todays rate 48 Baht per pounds)

scary !
