A bit demented I would say. Glad authorities are looking into it. Of course, there are women who leave their new human babies in dumpsters. It happens all the time in every country.

Because it might explain some ot the weird posts you read on thaivisa every day. When you grow up in a middle class family in the suburbia of North America you don't realize what actually goes on in the rest of the world.
