custermax Posted November 28, 2003 Posted November 28, 2003 A recent thread on ajarn.coms message board regarding renewed harassments of broker mediated non-imm b visa’s with Houson stamps(among others) at the Poipet crossing has me considering “losing my passport”. Certainly I am aware of alternative check points for visa runs, however, if as it appears the degree of acceptance of brokered non-b’ varies considerably from week to week is it still advisable ?? I hold a U.S passport, completed a successful visa run through Poipet in September with my next run due this month. My non-imm B was issued through S & A visa and is effective through June/04. They were the only service I used . Am I being overly cautious or should I?
dr_Pat_Pong Posted November 28, 2003 Posted November 28, 2003 As an American Citizen you could get away with it. The other option is to front up to Immigration an admit your sins telling them you believed it was legal. What does the broker say now ?
