I know where it is but I dont know the address or phone number. Its easy to find on the main highway (1020) heading north from Thoeng it will be on your right approx 5 k out of town.

Opening Hours will most likely be 8.30 am to 4.30 pm

There are number of government websites with this type of information on it, unfortunately I don't read much Thai and my personal translator isn't out of bed yet.
