Setup Non B Visa In Malaysia

Hello all

I would like to setup thai bussiness visa non b for me, I have all my papers ready (in thai language) and I would like to do it in Penang. Due to the problems to call to any embassy in Malaysia I would like to ask you

if you have experience with this visa (one year, multiple entry) and if it's possible to do it in Penang, or Kota Bharu, or only in Kuala Lumpur ? How long I have to wait after embassy have all papers from me ?

Penang only give 1 year non-B if yopu have 8 million baht registered company.

KL will give you if you have at least 8 months left on your work permit.

I renewed in June in Kota Bharu. Baht 2m required unlike Penang. Did it all same day (Penang & KL is next day collection). Went through Traveller 2000 based in Narathiwat. Really helpful. 2nd year now and no problems.
