gareth1978
Hey all, I have a non-o visa in my UK passport that is valid until Oct 20th this year, however, I'm currently in Perth and won't be flying back to BK until October 5th, so I thought I might get another non-o - this time around I can put it in my Australian passport if need be... is this going to be a problem? Thanks in advance, Gareth

Mario2008
Do not have two valid visas at the same time. If need be your valid visa can be cancelled so you can get a new visa by the consulate in the UK passport without any problem. having two different passports with two visas will only raise questions and suspicion. gareth1978
That sounds logical... I got my current non-O, in my UK passport, here in Perth, Australia... do I just go in to the consulate to see them about cancelling it? Don't suppose it can be done the same day I apply for the new non-O, can it? Thanks.
lopburi3
I suspect it can. Especially if you are putting the new visa in the same passport.
thaitero
Do not have two valid visas at the same time. If need be your valid visa can be cancelled I asked hull about this and their reply was It is not necessary for the old visa to be cancelled. The new visa will start from the date we issue it and will expire one year later. InterestedObserver
The second visa may supersede the OP's original visa, but unless both the UK and Australian passports are handed to Thai immigration simultaneously how will they know?
